there is nothing better than being home with family and friends. the smell of a home cooked meals being prepared, candles lit, house all tiddied up and sipping on delicious wine as you await your guests.

believe me ~~~~ more easy than u think!!!!

i know this for a fact, because i do it all the time. i should say "we" do it all the time!!! my husband, jeff is an amazing cook. not a "recipe following cook", but a "wing it together" type of chef.

i call myself his prep girl ....... i am the "side dish gal"!!!!!! always in a Sexy/Simple prep girl outfit (boy beater, shorties, heals) ...... he can't help but stay in the kitchen with me! AnyWay, back to business.

i am going to give you a recipe for a delicious, low budget dinner. And SIMPLE!!!!

whole chkn cut up into pieces

balsamic vinegar 1 c

olive oil 1 & 1/1 cups

mustard 1/3 c dijon

minced garlic 3 cloves

juice of fresh lemons 1/2 c

1 tsp salt & pep

rinse chicken and rub with lemon

whisk all ingredients together and put into zip lock bag

add chkn and put in fridge for a couple of hours.

remove chkn from bag and put in oven dish ~ bake 400 till done (appx. 45 min)

place chicken on pretty platter and pour remaining heated up sauce on top! Whaaaalaaaa!

Delicious, Nutricious and Cheap!!!!!!!!! Now hug your chef with a hot pink boa and work it all off!
