I have been taking Cathy's class for the last 5 months two times a week. I really look forward to going to her class. When I first started I did not know what to expect but what I found was a group of girls from college age to grandmothers working out and having fun. Everyone was so nice and Cathy is such an amazing teacher. She really takes the time to help you understand how to do the exercise and or tricks so you work all the right muscles. I thought I was in pretty good shape until I woke up the morning after her class. I had aches in places I did not know had muscle. My husband said "are you going to go back?". Hell Yes! I met great people have fun while working out and have lost almost 25 pounds. Cathy helped me with some great floor exercises which I do at home . Not only is Cathy an expert in working you out but she is fabulous at coordinating music. From exercises to routines every beat moves perfectly to the music. So much so that when I hear a song we dance to or work out to in class I know that at that moment I should be doing hip tocks or one my many favorites "sexy push ups". After every class I can tell how much time and effort Cathy puts into each and every class. I get the pleasure of having Cathy as my own personal instructor twice a week. She teaches you to work out and look and feel sexy all the while. I love how all of our floor and pole exercises are incorporated into our dancing. I am really looking forward to having my first pole party with Cathy so I can share with my friends my newest passion. I am also looking forward to attending the valentines class so I can show my husband what I have learned. Cathy you have made me feel like a member of your family and I can not believe you have me enjoying my workouts. I love you and can not wait till CLASS!!!!
